Eligibility:

2. Marriage Visitor Visa

Duration and Fees:

• Valid for up to 6 months (£127 fee).
• In some cases, a multiple-entry visa valid for up to 1 year may be issued, if there is a gap between giving notice and the wedding date.

Eligibility:

To apply, you must:

• Be 18 years or older.
• Intend to marry or form a civil partnership within the visa period.
• Leave the UK at the end of your visit.
• Have sufficient funds to support yourself and pay for your onward journey.
• Be free to marry or enter a civil partnership under UK law.

What You Cannot Do:

3. Common Application Process

4. Restrictions on Visitor Visas
